Notice that the chapters presented online may still be altered during the course of the book writing, so the best thing to do (if you are planning to follow the chapters as soon as they are added), is to download the final version of the book when it is completed.
When the book is finished, two download files will be available: a version in .TXT and another, enhanced one in PDF format, containing drawings, etc., and ready to print out.
Anyway, if a chapter's text is somehow changed, I will inform of it here or in the "News" section.
I will update this page as soon as there's some more chapters typed.
